Warranty:
Westfield Caravans are pleased to provide buyers of used caravans with a three-month warranty from the date of collection. Below is a brief over view of our warranty information, please ask a member of the team for further details. Please note any caravans or motorhomes sold on behalf of a third party by Kendal Caravans Ltd, have no warranty given or implied by Kendal Caravans Ltd.
With our warranty, your caravan will be covered for:
• Mechanical and electrical breakdown of fixed appliances (cooker, refrigerator, water system, aux electrics, cassette toilet, heating system and body leaks)
• Central heating system/gas boiler
• Bathroom fittings, sanitary wear and plumbing
• Gas regulator valve.
In addition, motorhome cover includes the following; engine components: (oil seals and gaskets, casings, engine, manual and automatic gearbox, differential, clutch, front wheel, rear wheel and four-wheel drive vehicles, prop shaft, wheel bearings, engine cooling system, air conditioning, turbo charger, fuel system (diesel and petrol), front and rear suspension, steering, brakes, ABS, electrical system.
IMPORTANT – Items Not Covered By Our Warranty
Parts that are not listed above are not covered under our warranty. These include, but are not limited to;
• Additional fitted extras, that are not standard, are not covered by the warranty, for example; battery, motor mover, gas bottles, awnings etc.
• Any motor mover fitted.
• Wear and tear, corrosion, electrical trip switches, problems caused by negligence, damage caused by the customer.
• If a component part is no longer available, the company will only be responsible for the cost of the original part that has failed and not the cost of or replacement of a complete unit.
• It is the customers’ responsibility to return the caravan to the supplying dealer for inspection or repair. The company will not be responsible for any cost of moving the caravan in accordance with the sales order terms and conditions.
