Van Description
Here is an incredible opportunity to own a nearly finished, part converted 2015 Mercedes Sprinter MWB panel van. Would suit anyone with a DIY and handy attitude, save thousands off the cost of a finished one and do some of the work yourself!
Me and my ex partner went away in it a handful of times in it’s current unfinished state, and it was awesome. The battery lasts ages and the bed is super comfortable as it’s a premium mattress.
Recently had an MOT (no issues) and a full major service. Drives superb and even has cruise control for those motorway miles. Currently 150K on the clock.
Features
* Fully finished vapour barrier, insulated floor and walls
* Expertly cut plywood panelling and cladding
* Brand new 2400W AFERIY Portable Power Station - this is an incredible power pack with gives days of power for the fan, lights, fridge and other accessories. It’s portable - charge it up in your home or plug it into Shore power at a campsite. There is a solar panel port as well so you can take this van fully off grid if desired! You can plug in standard 13 amp appliances like fans, projectors, laptops, phones, heaters or a small kettle! RRP £1000
* 6 x LED spot lights wired in, very bright but also barely use any power
* Fiamma Turbo Vent Crystal Skylight/Fan, useful for keeping the van cool or removing condensation from cooking (RRP £200)
* IKEA bed beams installed
* Custom size premium mattress (RRP £150)
* Bed extension brackets so you can turn the bed 90 degrees (if you want room to stretch your legs!)
* Premium Herringbone vinyl flooring
* Two seats, can be used for storage
* Huge space above the cab for storage
* L-shaped sage green kitchen units (custom built so very light, cupboard doors are from IKEA for a professional finish)
* Brand new Alpicool TAW35 Fridge/Freezer (Very efficient, RRP £220)

* Heavy duty steering lock
* 2 x Rear blackout blinds for sleeping comfortably
What’s next?
* A basic sink and water pump can be installed - we can advise
* We can throw in a gorgeous up-cycled timber worktop (my friend makes them https://therustictimber.co/ ) for just £200 extra.
* Solar panel brackets are already installed on the roof ready for this addition.
* A portable gas cooker would be a simple upgrade - no need to install something permanent to save worktop space.
* Some curtains to separate the cab and maybe a blind for the side door and fan to create a full blackout sleeping experience.
* Could buy one of those portable toilets if you want to go off grid.
Thrown in extras
* Camper-van conversion bible (bought for £20, so much useful info in here if you want to continue the work
* Amazon wish list of future upgrades and what we were planning, all measured perfectly to fit and complement the existing setup
* Mini fire pit
* 2 x camping chairs
* Blankets
* Cutlery
* LED strip that can go on the units to upgrade the look even further
Known faults
* The central locking works perfectly, except for the passenger door, which needs locking manually. I’m sure this could be fixed at an automotive electrician.
* The radio works but the screen doesn’t, a new satnav/hifi from Halfords would be ideal.
* Needs to go to Mercedes for an airbag recall, nothing major.
Looking for £10,500 for a quick sale, ONO.
