I am excited to be offering these workshops in a beautiful new community hub in Blackburn.

These workshops are designed to bring people together to try something new, offer a form of exercise without hitting the gym, and give attendees the opportunity to meet new people, learn something new, and socialise at the same time.

There are so many benefits to belly dance: improved balance, posture and co-ordination, improved mood and better sleep to name but a few. It's soft on the joints too, making it suitable for ALL ages, and you can work within your limits.

Venue: The Mojo Cafe, Lammack Road, Blackburn, BB1 8LA

Time: 7pm - 9pm although we won't be dancing for all of this time

Cost: £20 which includes refreshments.
