As an approachable English teacher with over 30 years of experience, I have a passion for nurturing students of all ages and abilities, from primary to adult learners. My imaginative and fun teaching methods create a memorable learning experience tailored to each student's individual needs. Whether you require support with analysis, grammar, essay writing, comprehension, exam preparation, or homework assistance, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Students have 24/7 email access to me for any questions or extra help needed outside of lessons, at no extra cost.

With the new school year just beginning, now is the ideal time to introduce one-on-one tutoring to give your child a head start for the coming school year. Nat5 and Higher prelim exams start in November, which is just around the corner, and I can help ensure your child is confident and well-prepared. Even if your child is just transitioning to a new class level or moving up to high school, I can provide the support and confidence they need to thrive in their new environment.

As a fully qualified English teacher holding an Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Certificate, I prioritize creating a safe yet demanding learning environment. My aim is that your child will succeed. My fees are £25 per hour for one-on-one online tuition (£30 for Nat5 and £35 for Higher/Advanced Higher/adult levels), group bookings are welcome at a reduced rate.
