Limited edition Bowie signature Supro finished in White - Number 330 of only 500 ever made and a guitar that will likely increase in value in future years.

Developed with assistance from the David Bowie Archive, it is based on the hardtail guitar David Bowie played on the Reality album and throughout his final world tour, “A Reality Tour”, in 2003-2004. It also featured on the cover art of the New Killer Star single.

It would be in mint condition, were it not for a small blemish out of sight on the back edge of the guitar (pictured).

The spec includes a Mahogany body with tummy cut for increased comfort, Maple set neck with Pau Ferro 12" radius fingerboard, 24,75" scale length, ergonomic heel joint for access to higher frets, reverse stairstep tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge, Butterfly Tulip tuners, and Mirror finish Bowie lightening bolt Insignia on the headstock.

The Supro Vistatone pickup is a faithful reproduction of the groundbreaking, single-coil design developed for Valco by Ralph Keller in the early 1950s and made famous by musicians such as Link Wray, David Bowie, Robert Smith, Dan Auerbach and Jack White. The Vistatone pickup is cited as “prior art” by Seth Lover in his famous patent for the Gibson “PAF” Humbucker. The Vistatone pickup has a huge fat tone that works exceptionally well with fuzz pedals and overdriven tube amps. The bridge pickup is wound slightly hotter than the neck pickup which is reverse wound for hum canceling operation when combined with the bridge unit. It has 2x volume controls and 2x tone controls, plus a 3-way switch for versatility.

It comes with its original premium gig bag and its signed Certificate of Authenticity.
