If you are looking there’s a possibility that you already know how good Dennis’s amps are. He has many household names as satisfied customers, notably Eric Clapton & Gary Moore. Amps hand built by an amp guru utilising his unique power scaling function, they are boutique at sensible prices.
The explorer 10 is a small tube head which covers alot of ground from clean to classic rock British type tones. Cornell’s power scaling approach means you get tube gain that normally requires cranking the amp at lower volumes, making friendly for studio, home or smaller venues (of course if it’s miked, it doesn’t matter).
In excellent condition, home use only.
Manufacturers description
he Explorer 10 is a fantastic all-valve 10 watt amp head, perfect for studio or home use and loud enough for small venues. This amp produces a classic valve distortion tone making it perfect for any blues or rock player.
The Clean to mean filter switch takes the sound back to the standard volume and tone controls as used on our early Plexi amps. Compact and powerful, the 2xECC83 pre amp and 1x6L6 power tubes gives this head a powerful tone. The Cornell 4-way power attenuation puts you firmly in control of the sound you want.
