Firstly this book on its own without being signed is rare with hundreds of scarcely seen photographs. The average price of just the book alone without being signed is over £40. The book itself is VGC just light signs of wear.

However this is hand signed by Elvis’ Best Friend George Klein…..let me explain who George Klein is in relation to Elvis if you re not aware.

If you are an Elvis fan you may collect autographs associated with Elvis……so maybe band members like Ronnie Tutt, James Burton etc……maybe JD Sumner & The Stamps or sweet inspirations…….maybe members of the Memphis Mafia like Marty Lacker or Sonny West……you may even have an autograph of one of Elvis Best Friends such as Charlie Hodge or Jerry Schilling or maybe even one of his Wife Priscilla.

There is one person who knew Elvis for a longer period of time than any of these!…….George Klein.

He and Elvis met in 8th grade at school and they stayed best friends for over 30 years. Elvis considered him to be his best friend, with Elvis even being George’s best man at his wedding.

He has written the only book that has an endorsement from Priscilla (called Elvis my Best Man) which is very much worth a read containing lots of stories.

There are several reasons why this is so rare:

Firstly, George unfortunately passed away in 2019 so there are no further autographs.

Secondly, he was notorious for not signing autographs and only did a small handful to promote his book.

Thirdly, you are very unlikely to find an autograph in better condition still very clear.
