360 Recruitment Consultant – Construction Division

Location: Datchet, SL3

Salary: £26,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Bonus: 10% Sales Commission

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us:

MTS Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the construction sector. With a strong presence in the market and a reputation for excellence, we are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction Division in Datchet, SL3.

The Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee the full recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement. You’ll work closely with both - clients and candidates - to ensure the best fit for each role within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with construction companies, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing accounts.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and screen candidates using job boards & social media

Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, offering expert advice on the recruitment market within construction.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed on trends and developments in the construction sector, including market conditions and upcoming projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within the construction industry.

Strong business development skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Solid understanding of the construction industry and its recruitment needs.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
