Ensure that care plans are continually tailored to individual needs with the involvement of the resident in order that the appropriate level of support is provided for all aspects of daily living. Support risk assessments to ensure that care and support are provided in line with the relevant health and safety requirements. Assist residents with individual and group activities, including social interaction, in line with individual care and support plans. Note: Candidate must have a valid DBS & UK driving licence. |
