We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex care Support workers with extensive challenging behaviour experience to join our team in providing exceptional care to a female with in her own home. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of patients under the supervision of our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- encourage client to maintain good personal hygiene
- Assisting with daily living, support to remain independent
- Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient activities and progress
-Working as part of a dedicated client care team
Skills
-Experience in challenging Behaviour
-Breakaway knowledge
- Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping purposes
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to drive is advantageous due to shift times
- Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients
