Job title: Community Support Officer
Hours: Full-Time (7.00 am–2.00 pm and 4.00 pm–10.00 pm)
Shift Pattern: A mixture of mornings and evenings, including every other weekend
Salary £14.00 Mon - Fri £14.75 weekend
Location: Tewkesbury
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a care assistant to visit our service users. You would support individuals to live independently in their own homes on either a full-time or part-time basis.
experience working within care is an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate.

This will include personal care, assisting clients with washing and dressing Medication support Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Shopping Light housekeeping Meal preparation Taking candidates for appointments or outings
What we need from you:
Excellent communication skills A driver's licence is essential Good professional and personal references Access to own vehicle is required for this position. Good communication skills, both verbal and written Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude Genuine passion for helping others and wanting to make a positive difference. Respect people’s right to privacy Have a zero tolerance of all forms of abuse Flexible approach to your working hours as Saturday and Sunday work is required
