Vacancy - Fleet Service Advisor ( Contact Centre)
Location - SOuth Normanton
Salary - 25,000
Working hours - 4 days on 4 days off, 2 shifts, 6am-5pm, and 1pm till midnight

To personally provide excellent standards of customer serviceUnderstand and demonstrate tremendous customer care and rapport buildingDisplay good listening skills to identify customer needsDeal with all internet, email and phone enquiriesConfidently make and answer calls in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and following best practiceWork as part of a team to achieve personal and department objectives Manage, respond and log all incoming email enquiries on appropriate systemsKeep and update reports and call logsIdeal candidate will possess the following:
Customer service experience - within a contact centre or retail / salesCustomers first contactDealing with emergency breakdowns and general defects/compliance eventsLiaising with various suppliers to attend or on site or arrange for booking into workshop, managing cases from start to finish.Ability to prioritise and identify services required for warranty, damage.Chasing updates and keeping accurate records of all calls and notes, keeping customer updated throughout.Understanding compliance importanceExcellent communication skills - via phone and emailAbility to adapt and work well with peopleWell-spoken and uses professional and polite mannerismsGood listening skillsDedication - longevity and / or progression within the companyGood IT skills and understanding of Microsoft packages particularly Excel If it is something that you're looking for then please submit your application and we'll discuss the role and your CV.
