We're launching an exciting new concept in Indian Cuisine as a Sunday supper club in Shoreditch and looking for a super Creative Chef from any background who:

Understands deeply what good Indian food is and has experienced it either through travels or their own experimentations or cooking for a commercial kitchen. Can work with us to test new recipes and further improve our existing recipes which we've been perfecting over a number of years. Knows how to break down recipes into simpler steps and in a form that is deliverable in a commercial kitchen to lots of diners with extreme consistency Familiar with trialling suppliers and dealing with suppliers to ensure we have the volume and consistency required for the menu every Sunday.
