BRAND NEW URGENT ROLE!!

I am looking for an experienced ER Manager/Specialist for a reputable organisation in Manchester.

This role involves taking the lead on all the ER cases within the business including high risk & complex cases. This role also involves working with and coaching managers of various competency levels. You will be working as part of a wider HR team, reporting into the Head of HR and will have full autonomy to manage your own diary and case load.

You must have experience in Employment Tribunals and TUPE.

Location: Manchester City Centre

Day rate: £200 - £250 per day - rolling up to 3 months

Flexible and hybrid working
