We are looking for an exceptional Event Coordinator to join our team and support the CEO in delivering high-profile events.
Role Overview:
As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO to plan, organise, and execute Cash & Rocket’s signature events. You’ll liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure a smooth experience, and your role will require high levels of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning and Coordination:
• Organise and manage all logistical aspects of events, from planning to execution.
• Coordinate event schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee event setup, manage staff and vendor coordination, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Client & Partner Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries from clients, partners, and sponsors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Communicate effectively to keep all parties informed and engaged.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparing event-related documents.
• Handle event registration, ticketing, and guest management with precision.
• Keep meticulous records and documentation of all event-related activities.
• Attention to Detail:
• Ensure all event details are meticulously planned, from guest lists to catering to branding materials.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
Key Requirements:
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Previous experience in event coordination or a related role is preferred but not essential.
