Job purpose

I enjoy going out walking my assistance dog, music venues for gigs ( rock/ pop music etc), shopping, cinema, I also like playing games and binge watching TV series.
I have a great team of staff that help me at various times of the day.
Main duties
Driving my automatic wheelchair accessible vehicle and securing me and my dog in the car.
Monitoring my breathing while we go out and fix any issues that can arise with my Non-invasive ventilator (NIV)
Manual handling with another care worker, includes using a slide sheet and hoist for personal care.
Household chores such as washing up, laundry, vacuuming/ mopping, occasionally light gardening ( weeding/planting pots)
Cooking easy meals.

Perform any duties that are of a reasonable request
