Looking for an intelligent, experienced guy (not a couple) with gardening and maintenance experience who can weed, mow the lawn, put up shelves, paint,tighten handles etc use a jet wash, mend the gate and manage the refuse. You must have a van and understand that part of the job each week is to take the refuse to the tip every single week - book a slot if necessary and clean the well-maintained bins each week. The idea is that the outside of my house remains in top condition. We've had great handymen/gardeners in the past and are always sorry to lose them. I'm looking for a respectable, honest, sound of mind replacement for 2 hours per week at £27.00 per hour - I can be flexible on when.
