The role will be working within a modern hospital with state-of-the-art facilities. The team are passionate about providing high quality person centred care and are looking for a like- minded Orthopaedic Lead Theatre Nurse / ODP to join lead and motivate the team.
About the role:
You will be working as a Orthopaedic Lead Theatre Nurse / ODP and will be responsible for:
Perform scrub role in consultant lead surgeriesWork across a variety of surgeries that range in complexity and specialismsLead the team and provide training and supportFocus on Orthopaedic Surgery
Who we're looking for;
Be NMC / HCPC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditionsEligibility to live and work in the UKAt least 2 years experience in Orthopaedic Scrub in the UKPrevious experience within a leadership / managerial role in a similar settingSurgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirableWillingness to learn and grow in the role Employee benefits include;
