Role and Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

Develop and implement project execution strategies, identifying work packages and conducting gap analyses as needed. Oversee the daily execution of multiple projects, managing budgets, meeting quality standards, and adhering to timelines. Lead and inspire project teams, ensuring resource needs are met and proactively communicating requirements to the Head of Projects. Liaise with clients, users, and internal technical experts to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction. Thoroughly scope, plan, and budget projects, with a strong focus on risk management. Contribute technical insights to support project analysis and execution, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Produce tailored, insightful reports to keep all stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and potential issues.

Experience and Qualifications required for the Project Manager:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar Project Manager role, focused on capital project delivery. Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering, or a related field (engineering product design, industrial design, etc.). Proven experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
