Thrive Education are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to work at several specialist provision schools across Gloucestershire. This may involve working with specific children with complex needs or being more of a General Classroom TA working with children with a variety of SEN and SEMH needs.

Experience in working with children with Special Educational Needs is prefered but if you don't have any prior experience then please do get in touch for a conversation with our consultants!

Skills and experience you will need:

* An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults

* Good organisational skills

* Flexibility and creativity

* Enjoy working with children

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

* Ability to manage groups of pupils and deal with challenging behaviour

* Patience and a sense of humour
