The Role

As a member of our team, you'll have full autonomy to run your own desk, focusing on the growing technology market in Ireland. You'll have the opportunity to build out a team of your own, with options in the future to work in any of our international offices.

Typical responsibilities will include-

Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings

Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, prepping candidates for interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience

Scheduling interviews and providing feedback

Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight

Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research

About You

Proven track history in a 360-recruitment role (IT recruitment experience desirable)

Experience working on business development and generating leads

Confident, professional and excellent communication skills
