The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant 360, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our UK operations. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to building lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities for a Senior Recruitment Consultant 360:
- Identify, explore, and maximise new business opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from candidate sourcing to client management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the branch through business development and client acquisition.
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous recruitment business development experience with a proven track record of target achievement ideally within Maintenance sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Driven to succeed in a fast-paced working environment
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- A collaborative, team-player mindset
- Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits.
