Salary:

Basic - £31,000

OTE - £35,000

Hours:

Mon - Fri - 8.00am - 6.00pm

Sats - 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 4)

Our client, one of the best employers in the North West, are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor/ Service Supervisor for their franchised, prestige car dealership.

Our clients Service Supervisors are an integral part of the service team.Your role is to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service, standards and processes.You will work closely with the Service Manager and the team to help create long-lasting relationships that build the service offering for now and in the future.As part of a busy team, you will be an active team player who is continually focussed on the needs of the customer.Excellent communication and good IT skills are essential.The Job:

- To meet and exceed customer expectations in a customer focused environment.- Be the first point of contact for customer complaints within the department.- Organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner.- Responsible for the day to day running of the service reception and service advisors.- 1-2-1 meetings with all service advisors, compiling reports or meeting and ensure training and development is up to date.- Dealing with customers face to face, assisting the Aftersales Manager with day to day duties, deal with customer complaintsAbout You:
