Join us in working with some of the world's most beloved brands of confectionery. We are partnered with a global FMCG organisation specialising in extending their brands into new categories, fostering growth and innovation in their markets. As part of their entrepreneurial division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with EUDR regulations by maintaining diligent supply chain documentation and submitting essential information to a European database.
Responsibilities:
Create and submit compulsory documentation for compliance with EUDR regulationsMaintain accurate data in traceability platforms throughout the supply chainOrganise and label files in the electronic filing system meticulouslyCommunicate with internal colleagues and external suppliers to gather missing or incomplete informationReconcile quantities of goods on traceability platform with the actual delivered or received quantitiesProcess invoices for customer deliveriesProvide cover for Operations Planners during their holidaysWhat we're looking for in a candidate:
Strong organisational skills to ensure high levels of efficiencyExcellent attention to detail to maintain accurate documentationGood communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and suppliersMethodical work approach to deliver consistent resultsAbility to prioritise tasks effectivelySome knowledge of FMCG supply chain would be advantageous, but not essentialExperience with SAP would be advantageous, but not essentialAbility to identify improvement opportunities and streamline processesComfortable using Excel and navigating folders and filesExperience with Teams would be advantageous, but not essential
