Talent Acquisition Specialist - MDE Group, Bristol, Central

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri

MDE Group UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Operations Team in Bristol. This is a strategic hire for MDE as we finalise our business plans for 2025 and look to launch an exciting growth journey as we double our headcount over the next 12 months. The role will involve headhunting and screening talented Recruitment Consultants in the South West to join us on our expansion into new sectors and grow our existing teams.

Responsibilities:

Actively develop the candidate pipeline to feed a continuous stream of suitable candidates for open roles Collaborate with hiring managers to discuss suitable candidates and participate in interviews Manage the entire resourcing process, from inception to completion Write job adverts, source candidates, review applications, and setup interviews. Proactively source candidates through headhunting and build a robust talent pipeline. Deliver on TA metrics to improve efficiency in hiring processes Manage the onboarding process for a new hires working with the Senior Operations Executive Requirements:

Experience in talent acquisition and internal recruitment Able to manage recruitment campaigns from inception to completion Capable of sourcing difficult to attract candidates and effectively an EVP Track record of exceeding set recruitment targets across candidate generation, pre-screens, interviews, hires, time to hire and offer acceptance rate Previous experience of hiring sales focussed professionals and/or agency 360 recruiters would be extremely beneficial for this role
