What does the role involve?

As a 360–recruiter you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes reaching out to potential candidates and clients including initial screening calls, organising interviews and offers, and arranging feedback. In essence you will be running your own business within the business of g2! You will be recruiting candidates over an ever–expanding variety of specialist industries, including Engineering, such as Process Engineers, P6 Programmers, Design and Mechanical Engineers, and Town Planning.

Who are we looking for?

– Sociable personality.

– Sales Experience, A proven background in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.

– Financially driven, genuinely interested in taking full advantage of our commission structure.

– Resilient attitude.

– Drive, eagerness, and competitive in nature.

– Whilst experience in sales is not required, an interest is preferred.
