I Have a 2 bed semi-detached house in Bathgate to swap. Massive enclosed garden surrounding the property leaving potential to create a multi car driveway.

2.bedrooms up stairs. One room is extra large and has potential to split if needed. Other room is large. Bathroom is Downstairs with shower over bath.

I'm looking for a 3 bedroom house in Livingston but may consider other areas surrounding.

I do not want: Blackburn, Boghall, Whitburn, Armadale or Craigshill.

Ideally semi-detached or end terrace but not essential. Sorry not looking for flats, marionettes or 4 in a blocks.

Must be central West Lothian.
