Exchange wanted from a 1bedroom ground floor flat a normal size its a over 50’s flat I have a walk-in shower a new kitchen thats just over a year & a half old plus we don’t have room. Taken out we do have a laundry 4 doors down & a dryer free to use,my reason for moving is before I moved here I was living in a 2bedroom flat & I don’t have the room for all my stuff to fit in this flat I need a huge 1bedroom with plenty of cupboards space & own garden or a large 2 bedroom house or bungalow in & around canton or the bottom of Ely in or by Heol-y-Felin let me know if you want to come over to look its about five minutes away from canton shops and ten minutes away from town which is ideal and the reason I want to move is my last place was a two bedroom flat upstairs which was no good for me it became a problem due to health issues and it had plenty of space for my things so I need a huge place plenty of space and own garden,thankyou,
