It's called Disney Area Villa At Hampton Lakes. The villa sits on a large corner plot on the quiet and peaceful Hampton Lakes estate. It is convenient for the theme parks, shopping malls and International Drive etc. It is fully licensed and very well looked after by the local (English owned) management company. There are five bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The private screened pool (with underwater mood lighting) offers a stunning view of the lake. The fountain looks lovely lit up at night. There are also tennis courts and volleyball courts. New pool heater / filter New paint inside New lounge furniture New 70 inch TV and cabinet New sectional sofa New TVs in all rooms - all wired for multiple channels AREA INFORMATION: Hampton Lakes is a perfect location for your Florida stay with all the attractions easily accessible. Loads of restaurants, shops and supermarkets etc all within a short commute, 5 minutes from junction 55 of the I-4 Interstate. Just off Highway 27 - 5 minutes from the western end of the 192. 20-25 minutes from Disney 30 minutes from Universal Studios Lake Louise – 20 minute drive International Drive – 15 minutes. Loads of attractions, restaurants and clubs Old Town – 15 minutes. Roller coasters, restaurants and the Saturday Night Classic Car Cruise Cocoa Beach – 1 hour drive Melbourne Beach – 1 hour drive Tampa – 1.5 hour drive Miami – 4 hour drive The villa can sleep up to 10 however we normally limit it to 8 people max.
