What I have: SE6 London. Huge Victorian house conversion. 2 double-sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Big bay and sash windows throughout the property. Huge loft space (same size as property) which is boarded. It’s on the first floor so there is steps and I have 1 person below. Beautiful quiet road and a 5-minute walk to the train station and bus stops. Great links to central London or Bromley areas. Perfect property to downsize in bedrooms but keep size in property. Please Note!!!! There is No garden but I have the large front drive and there is a communal area at the end of the road. 2 local parks at walking distance.
