The house is located in the Camagna hamlet of the municipality, a very quiet area, with other houses in a courtyard, close to the woods.

The house was completely renovated in 2023. It is sold fully furnished with modern and new furniture and appliances (under warranty) and equipped with all the necessary accessories.

ATTRACTIONS AND CULTURE
In the town of Rivara you can admire the park of the municipal villa , always open to the public, with many centuries-old trees and rich flowering. The villa also houses the municipal library .
The town is dominated by the imposing Rivara Castle complex, made up of three independent buildings: the Medieval Castle, the Neo-Baroque Villa and the Stables, immersed in a park of over 45,000 m2.
The castle hosts a modern art exhibition . The town of Rivara was home to a movement of landscape painting, the Rivara School, in the second half of the 19th century.
In the center of Rivara there is even a small municipal theater which dates back to 1852, graceful and elegant, which has always been the pride of the town, as well as various ancient churches, one of which is characterized by an unusual triangular bell tower.
The main street of the town is characterized by fascinating medieval porticoes which also host various shops.
SHOPS AND SERVICES
In the center of the village, about 1,000 m from the house, there is a small supermarket and other shops and services including: bank, post office, nursery and primary school, pharmacy, police station, stationery shop, copy shop, laundry, hardware store and everything for the house, various bars, bakery, rotisserie, restaurants and a pizzeria that serves very rich pizzas!
Every Wednesday, there is also a well-stocked weekly open-air market selling fruit, vegetables, clothing and housewares. Not far away, at 2,000 m, 4 minutes by car, there is another, larger supermarket .
VARIOUS ACTIVITIES
In the village there is a children's playground and a football pitch; Furthermore, there is an association, Ludoteca, which meets every week, on Friday evenings, to share various board games suitable for all ages , and also eat together.
For a few years, the National Festival of Italian Artisan Ice Cream has taken place in Rivara, between May and June, which offers the opportunity to learn about and taste excellent ice creams and explore the surroundings, thanks to guided tours.
A short distance away, you can enjoy a wellness center with an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, bar and restaurant.
There is also a bowling alley and tennis courts.
