Hi there,

Truly lovely bright sunny local social landlord’s flat that is really easy maintenance and just under £105pw with no service charges at all. The road is a very up-market and this particular area is truly fab - a very residential but all around on the door step literally - have a look at the map to see it.
Would love to stay in an immediate area and ideally on the top first floor flat in house conversion but will compromise for the right flat.
No block of flats, high rise or estates, please.
