Here at Scotdraw we have over 36 years experience and specialise in providing drawings to aid our clients in obtaining a Building Warrants, Planning Permission or Listed Building Consent. We also carry full Professional indemnity insurance for your security and peace of mind.

We prepare all necessary Architectural drawings, specifications and even assist by filling in all the forms for you. All you need to do is decide what you are after and we’ll prepare your drawings and forms on that basis.

All drawings prepared in a fast and efficient manner. We know you’re busy so won’t take up more of your time than is necessary.

We provide you a fixed fee payable in stages as the project progresses. All fees as quoted will be fixed and will not vary throughout the entire project giving you piece of mind and in control of the costs, there are never any nasty hidden extras, ever! We can also assist your builder at the Completion Certificate Stages if required.

We will come to you and help work up the project brief then come away and calculate all the relevant professional fees that will be required for your project. We'll email it to you and you can look over it without any in your face sales needs. We can if required assist with a Structural Engineer and help with your Builder selection for your project.

All information is provided via email however if you're old school then not a problem as we'll post out paper copies of all drawings and approval paperwork.
