One person let only -- photo I. D required - & work references required or a guarantor reference - Rent paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit - and deposit paid when moving in. I will accept my rent paid directly to me through Univeral Credit



I keep the place tidy - but I am not looking for an obcessive cleaner or someone who must do it their way - or re-arrange the kitchen their way - the answer is gentle discussion as always and compromise - no shouting or aggression



The Rent is paid one month in advance at start of tenacy. The Deposit is to be paid at start of tenancy. All payments to be paid by Diret Debit



Housing Benefit welcome/acepted as long as rent is paid directly from BCP into my bank A/C
