A child-free lady doctor (tenant) is seeking a clean, well-maintained and spacious 1-bed flat for single occupancy, within 10 miles of the indicated postcode, for long-term tenancy with the following specifications:

Must haves:
1. Bills all-inclusive: council tax, water, gas, heating, etc. (excluding parking fees)
2. White goods: large refrigerator, washing machine, etc.
3. Separate spacious double bedroom with enough space for a large wardrobe and study area.
4. Parking (permit/free/garage/allocated)
5. Property must be professionally cleaned by day 1 of tenancy start date. Proof must be sent to tenant.
6. Bathroom vent.

May haves:
1. Lift (if property is on or above the second floor)
2. Tons of storage space
3. Wardrobes/cupboard
4. Smoke-free
5. Double Walk-in shower.
6. Flexible with furnishing, part-furnished or unfurnished preferred.
7. Spacious kitchen

9. Key-code entry.

In return you will get:
1. an excellent, clean, quiet, tenant with rent paid unfailingly by standing order/direct debit every month and who is often not in the flat due to work demands.
