Hello, I’m a white British male aged 40 and a non smoker with no pets that is in full time employment.
I’m looking to rent a room in the Portsmouth area for around £550PCM.
I have 4 children who live with mum and a very active life so would only be using the room evenings during the weekdays.
I pride myself on cleanliness and tidiness.
I am able to pay a month rent upfront and can pay weekly or monthly.
