I also teach older students who want to learn for fun. It doesn't matter what age you are, learning a musical instrument keeps the brain active and helps prevent forgetfulness and dementia in older people. All you need is an instrument to practice on and there are some great digital pianos that don't take up as much space as the original upright and grand pianos. I am based in North Belfast, off the Antrim Road, near Belfast Castle. |
